Following on from our previous member testimonials series, we were asked to produce a video interviewing the owner and head coach of Crossfit Leamington Sotiris Mandalios, to explain what CrossFit is about, who it’s suitable for and why people should join. CrossFit is typically renowned for being quite an intimidating and intense method of fitness, so the aim of this video was to get across how versatile, inclusive and adaptable the classes at Crossfit Leamington are, and to create a mood that is both welcoming and encouraging for new members to sign-up.
